“Well, get ready guys. Buckle up, where do we begin? This is what I would say is clearly a federal disaster. We might even have to bring in FEMA, that’s how much of a disaster this is and how much it is going to be for Kash Patel when we get through with this episode because federal prints are all over the Charlie Kirk assassination story,” explains conservative podcaster Candace Owens in her December 17, 2025 YouTube video titled, “Breaking News! We Received Photos Of Charlie’s Car After The Assassination. | Candace Ep 281.” According to the report, “So the story goes, you remember the story goes that the police officers found the gun in a wooded area. Now immediately we had people telling us, students telling us that even that description is foe. Wooded area? No, that’s actually not the right topography surrounding UVU. Well interestingly enough the exact place where the gun was found, which is described (as) more of a median between two roads; I think I showed you that footage of where they found that gun. Certainly not in the woods, there are some trees and there are some bushes. Well interestingly enough before that gun was found it had; that area had already been searched. Not just by veteran police officers who told me that the way they do this is they sort of lock arms and then they kind of go; you know, you’ve kind of seen this in some shows maybe? That’s what they did. They came up; they didn’t have anything,” explains Owens. “Then they said, ‘Okay, we’re only human. Let’s release the bomb dogs' – in that exact area where ultimately the gun is going to later be discovered.
“The bomb dogs didn’t turn up with anything and here is why that fact alone is remarkably suspicious according to the police officers that were involved. And I’m fascinated by this now; I love fun facts about animals. Obviously we all know that dogs have incredible sense, right? Their sense of smell is like, literally, up to one-hundred thousand times more than a human sense. In case you didn’t know and I did not know this, over $19-billion dollars has been spent on research and development of technology that can detect explosives, okay? Over $19-billion dollars and yet no man created technology comes close to conquering the sense of a dog. Essentially (what) they’re saying to you is that dogs are the highest grade available technology that we have when it comes to detecting explosives. And bomb dog are specifically trained to detect explosives like gun powders, that’s why they have these animals at police departments. Even an untrained dog,” explains Owens. “Even just your dog, you know? And you’re like walking your dog and you got like a scent. And you’re like, ‘what’s going on?’ Nobody smells; they can pick up a scent of a fired weapon days after it was triggered – their nose will still pick up that scent.”
Later, Owens goes on to explain, “I’m telling you this so that you can comprehend that if you’re sending out bomb dogs to find a weapon that was just recently fired like an hour ago – that’s not even fun for them. That’s not even interesting, that’s ridiculous. You’re basically saying to that dog, ‘One plus one equals what?’ It’s too easy. This is what they did; they sent these bomb dogs out. They go over to the area and they find nothing. The highest grade technology that we have finds nothing. These dogs belong to the sheriff’s department in Pleasant Grove by the way, you should know that. These were seasoned officers plus the dogs, crawled the area and came up dry. Until; fast forward – so many miracles in this story. Fast forward to when the feds arrive after the dogs fail – to the corner with you, dogs. And the feds are here; the federal officers are going around and asking officer’s weird questions like, ‘Oh, how long have you been on the police force?’” explains Owens. “And what happens then is federal officers direct three police officers, who I’m told between the three of these officers they had less than a year and a half on the force, okay? Like these officers are pretty spanking brand new just like everything else in this story.
“And the federal officers specifically direct them, ‘Check again, over yonder. Check again, yonder. Right over there, because I just don’t trust that super high grade technology of a dogs nose that we have. And you, you sir. You three go and see if there could be something over there. Like, we can’t trust those one-hundred thousand times stronger noses – you’re human. Take it on, take on the task.’ And guys, you’re not going to believe me. The nose that’s trained to pick up gun powder, explosive combustible material – they get nothing. But low and behold these police officers; BAM! ‘There it is; the gun! We got the weapon,’” proclaims Owens as she shouts for joy. “There’s no cheating here, we nailed it. We might as well get rid of these dogs, right? Completely useless to have these dogs around.”
A storyline as old as time in Hollywood; the varsity squad running the junior varsity team out of the building in showing us all the difference between local, state and federal authorities. In our previous installments we discussed both the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) Director Joe Kent’s efforts to investigate foreign involvement in the Charlie Kirk assassination and how he was ultimately shut down by the Trump FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) as well as the Utah FBI field offices complete overhaul by FBI Director Kash Patel in the events leading up to the Charlie Kirk assassination. Interestingly, as it turns out the Utah FBI field office isn’t the only FBI field office involved in the Charlie Kirk assassination story.
“Well, yesterday I made an offhand remark about the ADL (Anti-Defamation League) and the FBI sharing an office in Connecticut. Now I know this because I’m from Connecticut, so there is no way to try to obscure that fact. Back in 2023 actually a Catholic investigator revealed this,” explains Owens in her October 2, 2025 YouTube video titled, “Insanity! Guess Who Kash Patel Sent to Investigate Charlie Kirk’s Assassination | Ep 247.” According to the report, “Kyle Undercover wrote, ‘I gathered property records for the 19 different states that the ADL has a regional office established. The report revealed that in the state of Connecticut the ADL shares an office space with the FBI. They also share an office space with the United Nations in New York.’" Later Owens goes on to explain, “‘After reviewing the 19 ADL offices we can see an alarming trend. 63% of the ADLs regional offices are located within various banking institutions. 42% are located within various law firms ranging from immigration to criminal law.’
“You should keep that in mind,” explains Owens of the anti-Semitism watchdog group. “We are going to talk about that later on my show. And ‘10% are located in Jewish institutions.’ So you get the point. Why am I telling you this? Because after I made that offhand remark yesterday, I received a rather stunning tip which I have been able to corroborate. That out of all of the FBI bureaus in the United States, regarding which there are 55 main bureaus and over 350 satellite bureaus the FBI sent the specific Connecticut bureau down to UVU after Charlie Kirk was assassinated.”
Pulling the curtain back on what the criminal justice system actually looks like in the United States; the ability of incoming administrations to stack the deck politically with a clown car of administrative lackeys all but ensures the scales of Lady Justice are calibrated in "the houses" favor. With Owens having previously criticized the handling of the crime scene in the immediate aftermath of the Charlie Kirk assassination, information has recently surfaced offering additional context to the investigative priorities of both state and federal law enforcement.
“Why do you think they excavated so much dirt? Do you think that they were trying to make sure they got any bullet fragments or anything that was in there?” asks the host of The Jimmy Rex Show in an interview featured in the May 25, 2026 Revolutionary Change YouTube video titled, “Major Bombshell in Charlie Kirk Case.. It Was Not Tyler Robinson.” According to the report, “I wasn’t looking at it with that lens,” explains contractor Dan Merrill. “I wasn’t. It didn’t even cross my mind.” Later Merrill goes on to explain, “That was all it was; I’m going to go help these guys. He’s asking for help, they want to do it right. He framed it in the sense that, ‘Hey, we want this to be done right.’ So, that’s why I showed up. So, I mean, to do pavers correctly you over excavate. You get rid of the topsoil.”
“You want to get a good base. And these guys had kind of; you know, there was two guys in charge and a ragtag crew. One of the guys was in charge of a state owned facility in American Fork and the other guy was a maintenance groundskeeper on a facility in Provo. And these are the two guys I’m corresponding with,” explains Merrill. “The first guy; you know the second guy that I hadn’t talked to on the phone basically said, ‘Hey, look. We’re not talking to anybody; we’re not saying anything to the media.’ He says, ‘This is above our pay grade. The FBI and the state,’ or ‘the governor and the FBI,’ that’s what they told me. ‘The governor and the FBI said they want this done by Monday.’”
“And there you have it,” explains host Peter Hager. “If I’m Dan Merrill I would definitely get yourself a good lawyer and also be prepared to run because you are implicating the FBI in the cover-up of this assassination.”
With Owens and her decentralized intelligence agency investigation rivaling any Sherlock Holmes tale told before or since, the Charlie Kirk assassination narrative has effectively been blown wide open as an entire parallel reality now exists contrary to the government’s official version of events which paints a very different picture to the one the public has initially been led to believe. The widely televised assassination of Kirk a psychologically traumatizing event for millions of people across the globe; the Mockingbird media’s portrayal of the event in the United States alone likely only rivaled in recent memory by the death of basketball superstar Kobe Bryant in the way it emotionally moved the masses to martyrdom.
“Then we wrap-up the episode yesterday and the internet explodes because the ATF in the Tyler Robinson case cannot connect the gun to him. Oh, okay. Interesting; what does it all mean? We have a bunch of people racing; oh, could you imagine the PR cash they are spending right now? Racing to tell you, ‘This is a big nothingburger. Who cares if we can’t connect the gun to the bullet fragments?’ Okay; um, we care. I care, because we were right,” explains Owens in her March 31, 2026 YouTube video titled, “Prove Me Wrong: Tyler Robinson Is A Patsy. | Candace Ep 319.” According to the report, “And we wanted to make sure that we took time to actually read through the court filings and we’re going to take you through them. And if I’m being honest there is something that is buried in these filings that not even Tyler Robinson’s defense team caught and we did. And in my opinion it is definitive proof that Tyler Robinson is a patsy. The feds are just putting this on him and I do mean the FBI. From JFK to MLK now to CJK this is in my opinion an undeniable state killing.”
In addition to previously covering how the National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent’s investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination was ultimately shut down by the Trump FBI and DOJ and the timely restructuring of the Utah FBI field office in the events leading up to Kirk’s murder, we also discussed the existence of a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) kill list and the assassination of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki by direct order of the President of the United States by a joint task force (JTF) consisting of the CIA, Joint Special Operations Command and foreign intelligence assets. With contractor Dan Merrill’s story implicating the FBI in a cover-up as we go on to discover the deployment of the ADL aligned Connecticut FBI field office and the FBI’s subsequent involvement in the discovery of the firearm which the ATF is now curiously unable to definitively tie to the bullet fragment evidence Owens may very well be on to something in describing the Kirk assassination as an "undeniable state killing." The FBI’s Mickey Mouse operation crumbling under the weight of scrutiny in mirroring a federal disaster of unprecedented proportions, “we might even have to bring in FEMA. That’s how much of a disaster this is and how much it is going to be for Kash Patel when we get through with this episode because federal prints are all over the Charlie Kirk assassination story.”
